The service does have limits for free downloads. Here they are in detail (guests / registered users):

• Free download speed — 75 Kb/s for guests and registered users.
• Downloads countdown — 60 seconds for guests and registered users.
• Delay between downloads — 40 / 30 minutes.
• Maximum download file size — 5 GB.
• Free traffic — 5 / 10 GB per 24 hours.

As you can see, registered users get noticeably higher limits, so we recommend signing up.

Try starting with the basic version of Premium: it is cheaper and lets you evaluate the capabilities and quality of our service. You can upgrade your basic Premium to Pro at any time.

No. From the moment Premium is upgraded to Pro, you have the Pro version for the purchased period; after it ends, you can still use the remaining days from the basic version.

That's correct. Technically, Pro already includes the basic version, so two timers are shown.

No. When you pay, you do not subscribe — it is a one-time payment. Only you decide when to renew or upgrade your Premium account. We are fundamentally opposed to the subscription model and work in the interests of our customers.

Payments on our website are absolutely safe. We use a permanently secure connection that protects your payment and personal data from leakage or interception. We also work with resellers and partners proven over many years.

Resellers are our authorized partners who sell access to the service. Thanks to them, customers can use the widest range of payment systems, including rare and regional ones. Buying from a reseller works like this:

• Choose the right Premium plan.
• Click the icon of a suitable payment system and go to the reseller's website.
• On the reseller's site, select the required Premium period and complete the purchase, providing your email.
• The key is delivered to the specified email.
• Go to your account, enter the key into the special form and activate Premium.

Usually activation is instant, but in some cases it may take a little longer — that is normal. Resellers usually deliver keys to your email within hours.

The traffic-counting system deserves a separate explanation. The limit is not reset at a fixed hour — it is calculated dynamically from your consumption. In short, at any moment your available traffic equals your personal limit minus the amount you downloaded over the previous 24 hours.

An example:

• Suppose your traffic limit is 75 GB per 24 hours.
• Today you downloaded 15 GB at 3:00 pm, 30 GB at 6:00 pm and 30 GB at 8:00 pm.
• From 8:00 pm today until 3:00 pm tomorrow you will have no available traffic.
• At about 3:05 pm your limit grows back by 15 GB, at 6:05 pm by 30 GB and at 8:05 pm by 30 GB.
• So tomorrow at 8:05 pm your traffic limit is fully restored.

Under some conditions traffic can be consumed faster, and that is considered correct. Some examples:

• Using proxies and VPNs, any other IP-hiding technologies, and frequently changing your IP.
• Non-standard router firmware and settings, network interfaces, and the use of Linux systems.
• Using JDownloader also leads to double traffic consumption in some cases.

Most likely you are downloading through a browser, or your download manager isn't set up for multi-threaded downloading (downloading one file over several streams/connections). We support up to 10 simultaneous streams (connections) with a Premium account.

There are two popular download managers — JDownloader and IDM.

JDownloader — a very popular free download manager:

• large community and forum;
• support for a huge number of file hosts;

• no full support for resumable downloads;
• not always stable;
• better suited for free downloading.

IDM — a well-known, well-established paid download manager:

• can deliver the highest download speed;
• plugins for all popular browsers;
• supports resumable downloads;
• very stable and thoughtful, with smart features;
• ideal for Premium downloading.

In addition to the basics — a strong password, antivirus, and checking for a secure SSL connection — we offer the Security Lock feature.

Security Lock is a feature that requires email confirmation for every attempt to change important information in your account. Confirmation is required when:

• changing your password;
• changing payment information;
• changing your email;
• disabling the feature itself.
